As part of our ongoing efforts to better understand and support the global adoption of ONE Record across the air cargo industry, we are launching the Digital Cargo Maturity Index.
The objective of this initiative is to gather visibility on current implementation status, priorities, challenges, and planned adoption activities across different stakeholder groups and regions. The collected input will help IATA and the community identify adoption trends, gaps, opportunities for collaboration, and areas where additional guidance or support may be needed.

The questionnaire should take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and we encourage organizations to provide responses that best reflect their current operational and technical adoption status. All responses will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties.
Your contribution is extremely valuable in helping build a clearer industry-wide picture of ONE Record implementation and accelerating aligned digital transformation initiatives across air cargo.
